      Director mid-west shared hub operations

Junior Technician upon graduating from Penn Technical Institute and excelled in my various roles within the company that included field technical roles that required travel to 49 of the states and over 30 countries. I then took over as manager of 3 shared hubs consecutively where each time I was brought in to correct deficiencies in procedures, stability, and staffing. Within about 6 months at each location, the improvements I made were significant enough that I was then tasked with a new assignment. My performance allowed me to receive promotions in short order through Engineer to ending as Director, at which point, I was responsible for managing, hiring, and working with HR to resolve employee conflicts within the various operations. The staff I managed included 3 managers, 48 technicians, and 3 engineers. I implemented a procedure system that included not only technical procedures, but personnel procedures that ensured that our customers received the highest level of service and network stability while also maintaining excellent personnel morale and was accessible by all facilities. In my final position with the company that covered such a vast amount of income to the company, I reported to the Senior V.P. of Network Services and the CEO. Show less

    • Global network technology solutions

      Jul 2000 - Aug 2001
      Project manager

Took responsibility for managing multi-million dollar ISP rollout project from July 2000 through February 2001 after previous PM could no longer handle the volume of work. Resolved many operational, quality, and response issues caused by our various sub-contractors, in-house support, and accounts payable departments through the creation of databases, procedures, and documentation. While managing this project, I was also involved in pre-sales engineering, proposal writing, and pricing support. Did numerous pre-sales presentations with the area salesperson, and assisted in the closing of new business as well as selling expanded services at existing customers. In addition to my regular responsibilities, I was placed in charge of the Philadelphia office during absences of the Managing Consultant for periods of up to 2 weeks. My layoff didn't occur until the final weeks of the company's existence. From Wikipedia about the company: Global Network Technology Services (also known as GNTS) of The Woodlands, Texas, a network installation and management company. GNTS employed more than 800 people but was dissolved in 2001, a casualty of the dot-com collapse and subsequent contraction in demand for network services. Show less

    • Alternative network services, llc

      Sept 2001 - Sept 2003
      President

Through not only being president of the company, but also acting in a consultancy role, I, with my partners, grew this business to having sales of over $1.5 million in our first full year in business, completed projects in South Africa seeing our operational improvement plans implemented even through the post-9/11 fall out. Oman, and Qatar for full implementation of broadband satellite and telephony networks, and responsible for managing the European Hub Operations for Hughes Network Systems in Griesheim, Germany. This last role allowed me to improve the stability of all networks, overall employee morale, documentation, implementation, and refinement of processes, and maximizing outcomes of meetings and utilization of customer feedback to improve network support. I was involved in all of the sales, and implementations to ensure that my customers received the correct support from our consulting staff. Remotely managed consultants and employees in Germany, New York City, South Africa, and South Korea. Show less

    • Pressed 4 time

      Sept 2003 - May 2007
      Owner / franchisee

Pressed4Time franchisee for the Lehigh Valley, PA. I purchased the franchise territory and grew it from the ground up to being profitable within 3 months and continued to expand my customer base through face to face marketing, utilizing networking groups, customer referrals, and the local Chamber of Commerce to have a significant profit that allowed me to sell the business when I decided to transition to commercial real estate sales.

    • Colliers-international

      May 2007 - Dec 2009
      Sales associate

Focused my business on retail and office leasing and multi-family sales. Grew my client base through business networking groups, the chamber, and old-fashioned cold-calling. Transferred to other company after management and company policy changes and being asked to join their growing real estate sales department.

    • Valleywide real estate and property management

      Jan 2010 - Jan 2012
      Realtor

Continued to focus my business on Retail, Office, and Multi-family leasing and sales after transferring to this great company. I only left due to the death of the owner.

    • Kw commercial-the james balliet commercial group

      Jan 2012 - Apr 2018
      Commercial agent

I am proud to have been a member of this group, and had I not decided to go in a different direction with my career would have remained with this top-notch group and leader. I primarily focused on retail and office leasing and investment and multi-family property sales and acquisitions. My business grew through various marketing techniques, customer referrals, and utilizing my knowledge of the web and various networking platforms available. Moving to the Erie area, I utilized my many contacts to add clients and potential customers to my marketing base. Working for KW Commercial in general and The James Balliet Commercial Group in particular, allowed me to bring a powerful force to a market not currently being well-served due to most agents not being solely focused on commercial real estate and there not being a market presence by any other international commercial real estate companies. • Keller williams realty, inc.

      Mar 2012 - now
      Real estate investment specialist

I am a real estate agent that brings years of experience having been first licensed in 1991 in Maryland at the age of 21 working for a high-end boutique brokerage and was licensed again in PA starting in 2007. I've owned, invested in, managed, and rehabbed properties in numerous states as well as both in the Lehigh Valley, PA and in Erie. In the midst of the trials of 2020, I signed up to become an instructor of Gary Keller's Quantum Leap program for 18-30 year olds and began doing presentations with instructors from across the state. It is one of the most enriching things I have ever done. The beauty is that as much as I enjoy sharing the material, I learn something from every session. What truly sets me apart from other agents is my experience on all sides of real estate. I've been an agent, client, buyer, seller, and partner. I've also had experience dealing with traditional and government sponsored loans as well as creative, private, and hard-money loans. I not only bring that real-world experience, but also the contacts that go along with it. This means that whether you have an easy transaction or a difficult one, you will have someone in your corner that knows how to get deals done where others might not be able to. I also have a pool of go-to experts that I can refer you to for areas of expertise outside of mine.Lastly, I am one who will actively listen to you to find out where you are and where you want to go with your real estate. Whether you are moving up, down, taking equity and retiring, or in trouble and looking for solutions, I will hear your needs and guide your way. This is further enhanced by being with the #1 real estate company in the U.S. that will allow me to draw upon referrals into and out of North East as well as continuous training and support.
