  Fruit tree project supervisor

  As project supervisor for two years with the Fruit Tree Project I was in charge of supervising a pool of over 100 volunteer fruit pickers and 20 team leaders. -This work helped me hone my project management skills as well as developing, managing and monitoring project budgets.- Initiated a Fruit Tree Education Program which provided team leaders with supervisory skills over volunteers, ensured retention of team leaders and sustained the project.- Completed grant applications for the project to ensure that it remained sustainable - Increased revenue in social enterprise by developing relationships with local businesses to add value to the fruit that we picked and in turn put in their store Show less
