  OrganyClean produces pocket-sized packs of hand soap sheets made from citrus peel leftovers and natural, skin-friendly cleansing ingredients, replacing the harsh chemicals commonly used in standard soaps (e.g., alcohol, NaOH, SLS):- Managed strategic and operational planning.- Secured and operated in-kind funds totaling USD 14,000.- Participated in 3 start-up develpoment programs focused on business planning and strategic marketing.- Developed the venture’s business plan for investors, including full strategies for branding, go-to-market, and pricing.- Presented the company in 5 pitching competitions.- Repositioned the venture by targeting individuals with skin sensitivity in outdoor spaces such as coffee shops, restaurants, universities, and corporate institutions. Completed the validation process, which confirmed that the venture was not viable for further pursuit. Findings revealed that the target segment attributes skin sensitivity to multiple factors beyond the low-quality chemical soap in public spaces, including winter weather, cold water, clothing fabric, genetics, surface dust, etc. As a result, their preferred solution is hand cream, which they are more accustomed to carrying outside, rather than a pack of soap sheets. Findings showed that while campers recognize the limitations of using wipes and acknowledge an incomplete hygiene experience, they remain satisfied with the status quo.
