  - All hiring for 231 benefitted, over 100 part-time year-round, and over 500 seasonal employees including E-Verify, I-9.s, timecard system, Caselle Hire, terminations, URS, and Suta requirements.- Oversee with the HR Director the Wellness committee of 9 individuals to run 8 campaigns yearly with an 11% increase in those who participated who have not before.- Communicate all Share Requirements to employees. Plus an optional wellness program for employees.- Hand all apparel transactions between Departments and employees.- Report to the DMV new hires, terminations, and problems regarding driving for the city.- Educate, enforce, and measure statistics of the Safety Incentive program with the Risk Manager.- Organize and speak with the HR Director at Supervisor training yearly, which included moderating a panel of department heads discussion.- Help organize and interact with the Marshall Memorial Fellowship Exchange Program once a year.- Facilitate and collaborate the training of harassment, cyber attack, leadership, and policies to 12 Department Directors, 63 Supervisors, and 978 employees.- On the Spanish fork All-Abilities Park Committee.- Attend the Local Government HR Conference, URS comprehensive employer Training, Casselle Training, Select Health guest speaker on our wellness program, Intermountain quarterly wellness discussion, Wellness committee every other month, Trust Training on the Outward Mindset, Leadership book club, quarterly Select Health discussions, and monthly SHRM HR virtual discussions.- Organize and facilitate Federal and Non-Federal drug testing quarterly.
