Plus an optional wellness program for employees.- Hand all apparel transactions between Departments and employees.- Report to the DMV new hires, terminations, and problems regarding driving for the city.- Educate, enforce, and measure statistics of the Safety Incentive program with the Risk Manager.- Organize and speak with the HR Director at Supervisor training yearly, which included moderating a panel of department heads discussion.- Help organize and interact with the Marshall Memorial Fellowship Exchange Program once a year.- Facilitate and collaborate the training of harassment, cyber attack, leadership, and policies to 12 Department Directors, 63 Supervisors, and 978 employees.- On the Spanish fork All-Abilities Park Committee.- Attend the Local Government HR Conference, URS comprehensive employer Training, Casselle Training, Select Health guest speaker on our wellness program, Intermountain quarterly wellness discussion, Wellness committee every other month, Trust Training on the Outward Mindset, Leadership book club, quarterly Select Health discussions, and monthly SHRM HR virtual discussions.- Organize and facilitate Federal and Non-Federal drug testing quarterly.
