  • Setup and led Master Enterprise Catalogue (MEC) team in Singapore and India to insource product configuration from vendor from April 2019. This resulted in yearly savings of over $120,000 and increased efficiency in supporting business requests.• Grew and managed the team responsible for the entire software development lifecycle to deliver Consumer Products Configuration consisting of, Mobile, Broadband, IPTV, Fixed line and Value-added Services, into Singtel’s Billing & Customer Care system (BCC) in Singapore Show less • Under program Spring, designed and built MEC application in BCC system with vendor Amdocs and collaborated with migration team to migrate all consumer products from legacy system into BCC. BCC is built on Amdocs CES 9.2 with C++/Java and Oracle database.• For being an integral part of Program Spring – Consumer Singapore, an immense transformation project of systems and processes covering ordering, Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management, Billing, Collections as well as revamp of digital touchpoints Show less • Headed the project team to improve the capabilities of Singtel’s core system to be able to support ordering and billing for its global office in USA, India and China.
