      As Customer Care Manager I took lead on our Customer Service, both during the summer festivals our peak time, but also pre-summer and after each festival. Through my role, I worked closely with our operational team, the marketing department, and the staffing manager, to ensure effective and honest client communication as well as to improve our service and product to fit our client's needs. Responsibilities included, but not limited to Zendesk Managing, Clients Communication, Work Delegation, Problem Solving, Customer Refunds, stock taking, and order tracking.
