      Broward Sheriff's Office Captain. Managed a $26.5M budget and 151 staff members. Oversaw operations in a 16 square-mile jurisdiction with over 80k residents, 50k daily visitors, and handling over 60K annual service calls. Planned and built the first medium-sized city Real-Time Crime Center in Broward County. Consistently reduced crime rate and increased community safety, year over year.
