      · Managing 600 cubic feet of archives and 60,000+ piece artifact collection, in three facilities. Past Perfect and Past Perfect Online· Exhibit design and installation, an average of 10 a year, all in off-site locations, contributing to EHC’s 800,000+ public impressions each year· Processing an average of 250 research requests and photo orders each year; maintaining public access to collections, both online and by appointment· Oversaw the move of both the archives and artifact collection storage facilities to two new locations. Works closely with archives, library and aircraft collections staff. · Oversaw collection recovery after a severe flood in a collections storage area impacting 5,000 artifacts. Managed relocation of collection, assessment of collection and recommendations for conservation (2022-ongoing)· Managed the relocation and inventory of the entire Small Objects artifact collection during a storage upgrade project in main collections storage building. Designed shelf layouts for storage bays to maximize space and properly support different types of object collections. 50,000 artifacts impacted (2023-ongoing)· Coordinating the care, preservation and use of the collection · Member of the Accessions and Registration Team, interfacing with donors, assessing offered materials for acceptance into the collection. Lead on 2018 Deaccessioning initiative· Works with the Exhibits Department providing artifacts for new exhibits, direct oversight of the installation of objects, regular exhibit maintenance and care. · Grant writing and management, policy writing and upates, in partnership with Director of Collections, Registrar, Supervisory Archivist, and Supervisory Librarian· Supervises one staff position; Intern recruitment and development; Manages an average of 2 graduate interns per year· Maintains membership in SHERN (Seattle Heritage Emergency Response Network)· Managed daily monitoring + reporting of SITES traveling exhibit, Destination Moon, March 2018-September 2019. MoF artifact lead for installation, reinstallation and regular communication with SITES staff· Remote management of Objects team and collection during Covid-19 museum closure (March 2020- January 2022).
