  In my position as being part of the Commercial Excellence team, I played a key role in supporting the Sales teams and management by providing essential data for the Sales Force performance (KPIs) through the CRM system – Veeva / Salesforce.com , QlikView/Power BI reports and customised reports. Also Assist the business units on key local projects/initiatives. Supports relevant business content/processes inside corresponding information services. I played the main role in some key project’s implementation in GSK Bulgaria: - Implementation of Veeva in GSK Pharma Bulgaria - including data transfer and validation from previous CRM and translations fix. - T360 - which developed a complex relation between Veeva metrics and external sales data, which were made available as QlikView reports to the MRs/KAMs and FLSLsCore job responsibilities:* Provide full support, maintenance and data administration for the CRM system - Veeva ( and Salesforce.com for the CHC department in GSK):- Second level (Tire 2) end user Veeva technical support,- Setup regular updates and configurations such as - New cycle meetings, products, Segmentations, Targets, Instore executions, price list, DCRs, customer’s profile update etc.- Implement new Veeva features and testing- Conduct training to all MRs/KAMs/FLSLs in all systems related- Troubleshoots hardware and software problems related to Veeva- Support the organization and implementation of Campaigns by Therapy areas- Programs tools for VEEVA data cross-checking, analysis, and amendment* Business Performance Monitoring KPIs ( through QlikView/Power BI and IMS/IQVIA Data Reporting)- Liaise with the Sales force teams to efficiently identify the key customers - Segmentation and Targeting process - analysis of regions and personal target, coverage, distribution and physical capacity by MRs/KAMs- Prepare customised reports, database extracts and analysis to support cross brand strategic projects and initiatives Show less I was part of the South-East Europe cluster Commercial excellence Team, where apart from the Bulgarian Veeva support, I was also responsible to assist, manage and coordinate the work of the local Veeva admins ( in Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Malta and Cyprus), by helping them to keep consistency of the data and implement the established principles and decisions on cluster level. I also administered the implementation of the project T360 (Create relation between Veeva and Sales data from external sources) in SEE cluster countries, by providing training and technical support.
