  Coordinates with the Army Staff to orchestrate and establish the priorities for developing, fielding, and funding all Army rotary wing, fixed wing, and associated aircraft enablers.• Facilitated the successful requirements and milestone approval for the following programs: Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Joint Urgent Operation Need, Aircraft Threat Detection System (ATDS), Future Vertical Lift (CAPSET 3) MDD, Improved Turbine Engine Program (ITEP), Common Infrared Countermeasures (CIRCM), and Future Fixed Wing Utility Aircraft (FUA). • Served as a Co-chair, Joint Council of Colonels, for the Future Vertical Lift Program. This allowed the Brigade to effectively train on its actual mission it would see in times of conflict. • Planned and managed a joint live fire operation which combined US aviation forces, Korean Aviation, Korean Armor, US Artillery, and Air Force assets resulting in one of the largest and most complex live fire exercises on the Korean peninsula.
