Both equating to an annual savings of $4.7MM.Spearheaded the optimization of site layouts at 85 network sites to have improved pick paths as well as racking to increase stow capacity and the quantity of unique ASINs a site can physically hold. • Optimization efforts resulted in a TPH increase of 10.13%, equating to an estimated cost savings of $4.1MM annually.Owned the labor planning for Peak 2023 for all 149 sites in the network.
