  Regional manager responsible for the safety, productivity, and quality of 87 sites and 35 salaried leaders (1,200+ employees).As of Jan 2024 (4.5 years at Amazon), have developed and promoted 8 Area Managers to Operations Managers, and 5 Operations Managers to Senior Operations Leaders.Created a network wide labor planning tool and cadence that is now utilized weekly across 140+ sites. • The tool has resulted in the operations team going from removing (via pre-shift VTO offering) 6.9% of their total hours to now 12.9%, and reducing order cancellation% from 1.63% to 1.15%. Both equating to an annual savings of $4.7MM.Spearheaded the optimization of site layouts at 85 network sites to have improved pick paths as well as racking to increase stow capacity and the quantity of unique ASINs a site can physically hold. • Optimization efforts resulted in a TPH increase of 10.13%, equating to an estimated cost savings of $4.1MM annually.Owned the labor planning for Peak 2023 for all 149 sites in the network.
