      In this area, I was responsible for the product portfolio management and frequently review of the product life cycle and market analysis, aiming to seek new segments, and new opportunities, creating new developments focusing in a customer value preposition. I also participated in the elaboration of marketing papers as technical folder, product one page, product specification and local product catalog. The main activities here were to work together with harness makers companies, participating of internal or customers workshops proving solutions and alternatives for local production and cost reduction. I was responsible for increase Delphi content inside cars, market share and consequently a sales growth. I was also solving technical questions and tests evaluation, standards and detailed specifications for the customers. I was responsible for product development, checking customer specification and requirimentes, I worked with CAD desing team during the process creation/conception until start of production. I performed market tests, soft tools, benchimarking process and adavanced laboratory tests. I worked in activities involving the process of supplier evaluation and raw material specification for new products. Later, I worked on continuous improvement team, serving customers, contributing to the product troubleshooting and presenting solutions based on laboratory testing and evaluating results.
