      February 2022 – July 2022- Managed Cerox CV (Cefuroxime + Clavulanic Acid), the flagship brand of ACI Antibiotics portfolio.Strategically focused on shifting customer demand for higher SKU, restructured promotional communication, built/maintained rapport with key customers, extended round-the-clock logistical support to sales force for customer acquisition, monitored implementation process, spearheaded brand activation campaigns, conducted 7 scientific seminars to gain market share in the highly saturated antibiotic market.Revenue Generated > 355 Million BDT, Growth: 25%July 2021 – January 2022- Pursued 15% growth target of Menogia (Norethisterone) through differentiated customer engagement, implementation process regulation and extensive market visits.- Initiated revival of other hormone brands (Ovazol, Caber, Prelab) by high-priority promotion to a limited pool of gynecologists to meet business objective.- Conducted 12 CMEs/RTDs countrywide to bolster the launch of Feglo-FZ (Ferrous Ascorbate)July 2020 – June 2021- Took over ACI Hormones portfolio, directing major focus on Menogia.
