Paula has been a presenter at NARCE (the national rink owner and management association hosted by STARR) as well as a national presenter on business management and marketing for figure skating programs.   The Artististry in Motion Corporporation was founded in 1992 linking the world of dance, music, art and skating. It was initially written as a coaches education program and rescource center for coaches and choreographers. In 2000, Paula and a team wrote the choreography and style badge program for figure skating fundemental skating program- the US Figure Skating Basic Skills Progam - The Artistry in Motion Badge Program. In 2009 Paula developed AIM Performance Elite Performance Schools for the competitive figure skater with emphasis on skills needed for both the 6.0 and IJS Systems. In 2010 Paula began publishing Insideskating Magazine - the magazine for people who love skating and subsequently founded insideskating events which is the unbrella company for both artistry in in motion camps and clinics, ice shows and productions, coaches education and insideskating magazine. Next year, 2012, an app will be available for the Artistry In Motion Program through US Figure Skating making this program easily attainable to coaches and skaters throughout the world. She is a staff member of the Skyliners Synchronized Skating Organization based out of New York. She does seminars and workshops nationwide and is the Director of Figure Skating at the Ice Factory in Kissimmee Florida where she resides in the Orlando Area. Show less

  Paula has presented at festivals for US Figure Skating through the years with "the Method" - her off ice system of training. Through dance choreography anda routines Paula is able to work with the skaters on using their bodies, incorporating levels, twists, turns and steps, presentation and performance skills needed for skating today.

  Paula is a member of the Litz Team and works both on and off the ice with skaters and coaches in Lake Placid New York where the Olympic Arena is one of the homes of the Artistry in Motion Performance Schools.

  Paula has developed a cirriculum for the Artistry in Motion Performance Schools with planned on and off ice classes using specified movements required for both the 6.0 and IJS Systems. Paula and her staff travel throughout the country with this specified program - or "the Method" training skaters to be their very best. This is a turnkey school with all expenses incurred by Insideskating events. Staff are chosen and trained in workshops held twice yearly and are abreast of all things needed for cutting edge skating.
