      A member of the project team appointed as consultant to the Eastern Caribbean Automated Clearing House (ECACH) Cheque Image Exchange project for the Eastern Caribbean Union to assist in the conversion to electronic cheque clearing and an automated clearing house. The system is the first of its kind to be implemented with such a high level of complexity. Responsibilities included:- Planning, coordination and facilitation of ECACH inter-bank testing which involved eighteen banks and forty clearing banks in eight different territories across the Eastern Caribbean Union.- Supervising a team of seven persons in the creation of approximately 1900 test files and 3500 test results forms.- Managed the documentation of the ECACH Operating Procedures Manual from creation to completion.- Assisting with the development of other key documentation (SLAs, BCP/DR, etc.).- Communicating and liaising between upwards of twenty stakeholders including eighteen banks, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank the Caribbean Credit Card Company (Systems Operator) and Montran Corporation (Systems Vendor).- Coordination of two ECACH workshops/conferences held in Barbados for all key project stakeholders.Administration of the company’s Customer Relationship Management application.
