      Completed a yearlong Industrial Placement Scheme with Accenture in the Warwick Delivery Centre.During my work at WDC, I received significant recognition from the management team on the value and contribution I made to Service Management and the wider DC.Service Desk Analyst: This was my initial role; I managed Change, Incident and Problem process for onshore government clients. Continual Service Improvement (CSI) played a major part in my role. Quickly, I became the ‘go-to’ person in the office for Service Management.Reporting & Analytics: After demonstrating great tenacity, my role was expanded to Reporting and Analytics. This entails monthly collecting and analysis of data, pulling out any correlations, putting this data into a presentation format whilst setting future targets for various teams in the office. This presentation was firstly presented to the management team in Warwick, then passed onto Global Leadership.Extra Activity: I joined the Life at Warwick team which strides to provide learning, fundraising and social events in and outside of the office. As part of LatW, I arranged fundraising events (therapy sessions) and also took part in Macmillan collections. I arranged lunchtime learning sessions in the office and helped arrange events such as ‘Wellbeing Week’.I have also volunteered to present at Universities on behalf of the Accenture Graduate Scheme where I have presented solely, and as part of a team.At the end of my placement year I provided a seamless handover and training to replacement staff.
