  As head of the business line, I am responsible of the elaboration and coordination of collaboration proposals both for new customers and the existing ones using Adobe Experience Manager technology as the core of the content management system (CMS), the management and assignment of the people in the area to the different projects as well as the control of the right execution of all projects in the area, both economically and technically. I have a deep technical and functional background as well, which allows me to help technical/functional leaders to find the best solution approaches for all the projects in the area. As a business line manager I'm also in charge of promoting that all the teams are up to date with the latest product features, as well as they receive the appropriate continuous training. Show less In addition to project management and leadership, I collaborate in the ellaboration of proposals for new initiatives for our clients using Adobe Experience Manager as a content management system (CMS).During my time as a project manager (also collaborating in complex functional and technical definitions) I have led initiatives for different clients in different markets using AEM as CMS, the most relevant being - Construction of Repsol's new corporate site (https://www.repsol.com/es/index.cshtml)- Migration of Palladium Hotel Group's corporate sites (https://www.palladiumhotelgroup.com/es/) from SAP Hybris to AEM.- Construction of the new corporate website for Banco Santander (https://www.santander.com/es/home).- Construction of the new corporate website for Unicaja Banco (https://www.unicajabanco.com/es).- Construction of Securitas Direct's career sites for 17 countries (https://empleo.securitasdirect.es/).During this period I have also led the practice in VASS of the projects related to the CMS SDL Tridion (of which I was the main technical architect of the company), leading all the initiatives carried out for Mapfre (mainly related to the maintenance, evolution and implementation of new portals). Show less During this period I acquired roles of responsibility (mainly focused on the more technical side) until I became one of the technical leaders of SDL Tridion in VASS, executing first hand the first project for Mapfre (it was a PoC) behind which came many more and allowed the growth of the Tridion business line in Mapfre for VASS (as a remarkable project, besides the implementation of numerous public portals for Mapfre, we developed our own plugin that allowed the inclusion of flexible layouts on the CMS).In addition to Mapfre, during this period I also worked for other clients such as BBVA, leading the migration from SDL Tridion to Wordpress. It was during this period when I collaborated in the first project we did in VASS with the Adobe Experience Manager CMS for the construction of the public website of Unicaja Banco (https://www.unicajabanco.es/es) where I played the role of Solution Architect. Show less I started my career in the project of maintenance and evolution of the Repsol portals using SDL Tridion as content manager and Microsoft.NET as working environment (mainly for internal management tools). During this period I was initially in charge of resolving incidents and developing new simple functionalities, which little by little allowed me to acquire the correct bases and the necessary knowledge to be able to define how the solutions should be implemented as well as develop them, allowing me to give support to less experienced team members.   Customer Experience Manager

  As part of the Customer Experience (CX) business unit, I am in charge of designing and implementing value propositions to our customers that in turn generate unique and unsurpassable experiences for their own customers, understanding the word "customer" not only as "end-customer", but also internal customer (employees, customer service, etc.), relying on the main digital experience platforms om the market, being my specialty the Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
