  Perform mechanical test such as hot tensile, RT tensile, charpy, nick-break, bend according to ASTM, BS, or other standards as per customer’s requirements.Perform Fracture Mechanics test such as CTOD, SCRF, SENT, and SENB.Perform Corrosion test such as Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking(SSCC) and Hydrogen Induced Cracking(HIC) as per client’s requirements.Perform and evaluate material hardness, corrosion analysis and protection.Laboratory test piece preparation and evaluation for macro and microstructure or cross –section metallography for weld segment samples and different types of alloys. On site replication and chemical analysis using portable spectrometry at onshore/offshore oil and gas platform, or shipyards. Knowledge of mechanical and corrosion properties of different material.Knowledge of ASTM, BS, AWS, ASME, DNV, and other testing standards.Special knowledge on Steel Catenary Riser Fatigue(SCRF) test. Responsible for the daily progress and technical correctness of the work completed on SCRF projects and knowledge of detailed project specific work procedures , work plans including project timelines and inspection & test plans for SCRF projects.
