I also insure that our strict quality goals are met, by daily inspections of final packaging, making sure our Vision Tally is giving correct piece counts, footage, and weights of the final package, and auditing our KD inspectors periodically throughout each day. I was able to institute procedures that raised our Operational Efficiency from 49% to 87% (12% above company standards).
