  Educational Therapist

  From a one-room home office I support students with varying learning and developmental needs. After a thorough analysis of the student profile and needs the student and I meet for one-on-one sessions either face-to-face or online to achieve targeted learning goals. These students are based in mainstream schools and follow a regular school curriculum or are getting ready to begin their educational journey in nursery schools. I use structured, research-based cognitive therapies/programs to bridge gaps in reading, writing, math, comprehension and thinking skills- the cornerstones of successful school experience. The materials used are personalised resources or standardised resources developed by established publishers. Anchored in the belief of a strong mind-body connection our personal sessions almost always are a combination of cognitive therapies and movements/exercises for a well-rounded education. Show less
