  Over the last 12 years I have supervised employees as a seminary principal and institute director. I have consulted with local executive leaders and board of educations as they administer their own seminary programs (the size and scope of these programs are anywhere between 130-250 students). For the last two years I have been the institute director of the Colorado Springs area religious studies program where we have seen overall increase in enrollment of 35% with some semesters as high as 100% increase. Currently, I oversee the innovation efforts of our institute programs across 13 states and Alberta, Canada. This includes designing and implementing training curriculum and consulting with the area director, the six region directors (there are six regions in the area), and the 75 employees throughout the area. Concurrently, I have been teaching as an online adjunct professor for Brigham Young University-Idaho in their Business department for the last 8 years. During this time, I have developed curriculum in entrepreneurship and lean start-up models, gained a proficiency using the Canvas LMS, and supervised and trained a cohort of teachers. Show less
