  Citigroup – Customer Management Repository (US, LATAM, APAC and EMEA)Description of the Project: Citigroup Customer Management Repository hosts customer demographic data and customer relationships both within and across multiple lines of business in GCG for APAC, EMEA, US and LATAM region. This application is made up of 3 discrete components (ESB, ODS as an Data Management and ETL) that collectively form CMR as an application. CMR exports business service over a messaging interface using TIBCO, stores customer and relationship information in an Oracle database using the IBM WCC/MDM server product and processes LOB data using the Ab-Initio ETL tool.Roles and Responsibilities • Managed teams across US, Singapore, Mexico, Kolkata and Chennai with TCS offshore-onsite model• Develop relations with business community and the out sourced service providers.
