      62nd Annual NASA Design Competition - Citation - Pattamadai, a village in Tamil Nadu, India, is a village which is economically, technologically and socially missed out from the advancement of technologies. The village is famous for "pattu pai", which is made of patta and grown along River Thamarabharany. The production has decreased due to water scarcity, and the health condition of weavers and their families are deteriorating. Hence a proposal was submitted which lessens all the problems stated above.
