I was responsible for managing the supply chain and logistic contracts of high value for exports (12,000 tons per month) and imports (1,000 tons per month): logistics operator for COP$ 8,750 millions, freight forwarder and customs broker for COP$ 12,240 millions and contract of inland transportation of goods for COP$ 40,000 million, achieving synergies in the supply chain IN and OUT represented in savings of 30%.Customs Representative of Cerro Matoso. AEO Project Leader – Authorized Economical Operator.Achievements:• I managed to save 3 million dollars as a result of the synergies found in the merger of the logistics of exports with the logistics of imports, through the use of the same containers, combination of free days in the possession of containers, reduction of inland transportation costs, merger of warehouse, merger of customs and cargo operations. I achieved reductions of up to 50% with the inclusion of maritime freights for imports in the tender for maritime transport for exports.• I optimized the cost of the bag of finished product (ferronickel) by 10% by maximizing the use of its capacity. I impacted the cost of buying container seals with a reduction of more than 30%, finding alternatives and maintaining high safety standards.• I identified savings opportunities under the Plan Vallejo program (400 million colombian pesos per year)• I resolved effectively the emergency situation of transportation due to the service stoppage of our contractor, without impacting the company's sales.• Together with the contract area, I built a new inland transport strategy.• I solved with good results the emergency due to the shortage of supply of Fluorite and ferronickel packaging big bags, finding optimizations in the supply chain and managing to reduce delivery times by at least 30%.• I leaded AEO Project– Authorized Economical Operator, in its stages of diagnosis and definition of the action plan for AEO implementation in Cerro Matoso S.A.
