  Responsibilities:- Designing a geodatabase to implement a Geographic Information System (GIS) in local governments (cadastral data integration, data from the General Urban Plan, the population data and urban data networks- Development and implementation of instruction for editing vector maps Vmap TLM Level 2 (Topographic Line Map) scale 1: 50,000 and Vmap Level 1 JOG - AIR (Joint Operation Graphic - Air) scale 1:250 000, according to NATO standards. Editing process involved: the generation of generalization rules in order to avoid overlapping elements, generating objects conventional atlases of topographical signs and overhead obstacles, generate atlases for labeling elements, generating digital terrain model in the representation of color shades depending on altitude land. To generate maps navigation JOG AIR technology was used ESRI: ArcGIS 9.3.- Analysis in order to accomplish the work instructions in the process of updating the map vector VMap TLM50 Level 2 (Topographic Line Map) scale 1: 50,000 NATO standards. The analysis involved: the generation of photo interpretation rules, generation of generalization rules according to this scale, the generation and implementation of topological rules and checking their fulfillment.
