  Part of my duties on board the USS CARR (FFG 52) was head of the ship's armor (overseeing the ship's armory). I would distribute weapons accordingly as well as audit inventory. The audit would include weapons as well as security devices. Cleaned weapons for pre and post fires as well as daily maintenance following step-by-step procedures. Loaded and unloaded weapons such as 9mm, M500 shotgun, M14, M16, M4A1, M79, M240B, .50CAL Machine Gun, 25MM, and 76MM; which I qualified in all in shooting. I ensured the safety of the ship and crew by standing small arms watch and was part of the ship's security force. I was assistant leading petty officer for my division.   The Program Delivery Manager (PDM) oversees day to day recruiting processes for Talent Solutions RPO clients and directly manages a team of recruiting professionals, either virtual or onsite. I also work with a ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Director and Client to create and implement innovative processes.
