  1. Intercompany transaction related for ICG (Institution Corporate Group):a. Generate detail of Intercompany charges from APS b. Check the availability of the mapping (i.e GL, base number, Affiliate, GOC/OUC) in flexcube and P2P Systemc. Review and calculate VAT/WHT for each BU/LVID d. Prepare settlement entry and other supporting documents (i.e Valid ICSA, Addendum, DGT Form, and invoice detail)2. Flexcube Table Maintenance:a. Base number maintenance (i.e open, close, update/change)b. OUC and GL maintenance3. P2P Table Maintenance (i.e register new GL, GOC/Cost center, Affiliate)4. Advise Business or unit Ops related to GL commodity, and accounting entry5. Review ICG business expense accrual related (i.e Business justification, nature of expense, accounting entries)6. Prepare monthly Flash /estimated actual expense for ICG including variance analysis7. Run iFros to generate PAL report for Flash and expense analysis purpose8.
