  Currently the Hercules Training Center (HTC) Loadmaster Lead Instructor responsible for developing Loadmaster courseware, syllabus, and training to include academic and hands-on utilizing electronic mediated lecture and/or interactive courseware. Conducts ground training as well as training in various simulation devices and the actual aircraft utilizing a variety of training devices executing to the approved training syllabi for both commercial LM-100J and military C-130J customers. Well versed in Instructional System Design (ISD) process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning materials and activities utilizing LMS and LCMS training systems.
