  I was responsible for planning managing and handing over of site civil works to the employer as per contractual requirements and local regulations. The projects I was involved were located near western city of Turkey, Denizli. Mostly secured from municipality, MOT, MOI and Roadworks Authority. Preparation of interim payments and issuing variation orders, claims were under my responsibility.

  I worked as Section chief responsible for Main Dam / Saddle Dam Main Structure site works of Umm Hablayn Dam. JSDP was initiated to secure the city of Jeddah against rapid floods which caused major losses in the region.My responsibilities included;-Monitoring and handing over of all sub-contractor civil works.-Preparation and certification of sub-contractors' payment applications.-Coordination between technical and site personnel.

  Worked as Deputy Construction Manager and Night Shift Construction Manager. King Abdullah Financial District is one of the biggest real estate investment in KSA so far. Nesma’s scope was to design, build and operate the whole KAFD infrastructure. My responsibilities included;-Monitoring and handing over of all sub-contractor civil works.-Preparation and certification of sub-contractors' payment applications.-Coordination between technical and site personnel.-Prepare method statements for required site activities.-Prepare weekly/monthly work plans and schedules. -Hold the meetings with supervision consultant, client representative and public works agencies.   At Upgrade of Al Rayyan Road p007 C2 Project(1,2Bn$), i worked as a section chief. Scope of Al Rayyan Road Project is to add various remedies to Qatar city centre traffic such as over and underpasses, mass utility tunnels including wet and dry galleries, multiple roundabouts. Installation and maintenance of automated waste collecting system, district cooling system, low medium and high voltage systems.My responsibilities included;-Monitoring and handing over of all sub-contractor civil works.-Preparation and certification of sub-contractors' payment certificates.-Coordination between technical and site personnel.-Prepare method statements for required site activities.-Prepare weekly/monthly work plans and schedules. -Hold the meetings with supervision consultant, client representative and public works agencies.-Ensure that works carried out as per project specifications and QCS2010.   I am still working as a Cost Control and scheduling chief in King Abdul Aziz Road Project in Makkah Saudi Arabia. 1.7Bn$ contract had been secured by Nesma & Partners at the end of 2015. KAAR is the biggest Infrastructure project initiated for far in Makkah Region. Main purpose of the KAAR project is to prepare necessary infrastructure and transportation items such as flyovers, underpasses, underground metro stations metro tunnels, car parks, utility tunnels and various utilities to serve The Haram Hajj tourism. KAAR is one of the major and most prestigious infrastructure projects which is currently running in KSA. My responsibilities included:-Preparation of monthly interim payment applications.-Liaise with The Consultant and The Client about monthly payments.-Cost analysis of variation orders and claims as per The Contract, RFP and LOI. -Lead the team of measurement engineers and quantity surveyors through recalculation of bill of quantity line items.-Preparation of revised project bill of quantities and liaison with The Engineer for approval.-Preparation of monthly profit and loss report.-Assessment of budget forecasts and preparation of related charts reports.-Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, review and approvals of progress related charts and reports.-Calculation and reporting of Key Performance Index for actual site works.-Implementation and follow up of ERP system through the project.
