Constant review status/progress of projects currently working on and handle any RFI's, client concerns, vendor/rep questions, etc. I work independently at times, part of a team or closely with one of the two principals. I work on sets of construction documents, coordinate with consultants/MEP, assist the Specification Writer and ensure deliverables are on schedule. I attend client and site meetings, prepare presentations, agendas and necessary documents and obtain meeting minutes.
