Show less The Parts Marketing Manager role requires me to effectively communicate the core values of Volvo Genuine Parts Products and Services to our dealerships and help them seize business opportunities in Aftermarket. The Parts Marketing Manager is strongest advocate of Volvo Genuine Parts in the Asia Pacific Region. The Job demands excellent understanding about the needs & wants of customers in the construction business specific for different markets in the Region APAC and then spearheading viable global/regional parts marketing initiatives to meet those needs. All this with an ultimate aim of increasing the Volvo CE’s Aftermarket parts turnover. The Parts Marketing Manager will also be the interface from time to time with the Global product management team for new initiatives & market feedback. As a total team player , i enjoy working closely with internal & external groups to facilitate the launch and development of new and existing parts marketing programs to the markets. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities: - Spearhead Parts Marketing initiatives and promotions for various markets under Region APAC via the dealerships .- Commercial development of dealers through product knowledge training & on-site demonstrations- Bridge between new machine market introduction & aftermarket parts requirements- Actively scan the markets to identify areas of specific parts potential growth, products ideas and customer segments for market or product development - Create an annual parts marketing plan & KPI targets - Gather market intelligence & work out forecasts as inputs into development of marketing decisions- Manage new Product Introduction Process and participate in projects.
