Our team specializes in delivering comprehensive HR consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from manufacturing sectors to corporate entities, both locally and globally. Our mission is to assist companies in navigating the complexities of legislative compliance, industrial and employee relations, employment equity, and skills development. As a registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), I play a pivotal role in driving forward initiatives related to retrenchments, disciplinary actions, policy and procedure audits, employee grading, performance management, engagements with bargaining councils, unions, dispute resolutions, Injury on Duty (IOD) cases, and strategic HR planning among other HR-related duties.I take pride in my contribution to CRS, characterized by a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a goal-oriented approach. My rapid ascent from a Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant, and now to the Head of the Business Unit within a span of two years, underscores my deep understanding of the HR industry and Labour Legislation.Committed to personal and professional development, I am currently pursuing an Honours degree in HR, underscoring my belief in the importance of continuous learning and self-improvement.
