Dec 2014 - now• Responsible for Automic solution at DNV - mostly involved in deploying new solutions which help to automate processing in Oracle Finance, - automation existing workflows, - preparing a full automated process of INC handling - from incident recognition --> self-repairing action >through notifications and ticket creation in ITSM tool in case of failure•Ensure processes for monitoring and detecting system failures are in place and used as well as proactive monitoring to prevent such situations from happening•Establish and maintain a full picture of all maintained financial applications and their integrations to ensure cases are dispatched to the appropriate team, prioritized and resolved in the agreed time•Review incoming cases and assigning to correct team(s)/person(s) in consultation with service request manager and/or FAD&S team leads•Coordinate PEC/YEC activities to be fully in control all IT Finance Applications activities connected, be able to liaise for the different stakeholders and agree level of service and deadlines for these services.•Monitoring Oracle batch processing and managing issues Show less - Record, analyse and categorize service calls - Record and classify request for change - Provide first line support with common issues, e.g. workstation incidents, password changes, software/os configuration, grant permissions/access to project area - Assign incidents and/or problems further either to technical operations or on-site personnel - Ensure that incidents/problems are timely addressed - Ensure that escalation procedures are followed - Give feedback to end-user and update the end-user of resolution progress - Document user acceptance and close related incidents and/or problems - Develop an end-user care philosophy that ensures end-user satisfaction Show less
