      Led a team focused on improving the conversion rate of prospective applicants to profitable customers by leveraging partnerships to jointly develop automated solutions that provided incremental data to underwrite applicants. For newly approved customers, enhanced initial card member journeys to drive loyalty and customer lifetime value. Led a team empowered to determine if email was a viable prospecting channel for the consumer business. Also led efforts to enhance Amex’s marketing data capabilities by leveraging Amex Advance partnerships for internal use cases.
