I worked closely with the two other Auckland DHBs to provide Regional collaboration in recruitment for Auckland Health.Waitemata District Health Board (DHB) serves the largest DHB population in the country - more than 640,000 people. It is also the second fastest growing of New Zealand's 20 DHBs. A senior Human Resources management role, I was responsible for leading and managing the whole People and Culture function, end to end for the organisation of approximately 250 staff.
