      I led a team of 13 staff for the recruitment centre at WDHB. We covered the recruitment of all permanent and casual staff for both North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals. I worked closely with the two other Auckland DHBs to provide Regional collaboration in recruitment for Auckland Health.Waitemata District Health Board (DHB) serves the largest DHB population in the country - more than 640,000 people. It is also the second fastest growing of New Zealand's 20 DHBs.
