  Burnside Eurocyl is a Hydraulic Cylinder manufacturer for original equipment manufacturers in Europe, North America & Asia.My role as Project Engineer involved being responsible for the research and development of new designs including the building of testing units. Also responsible for analysis after testing and reporting of results in collaboration with the quality assurance department. Testing has been completed for a large number of projects including specific customer requested testing and general reliability testing. Responsible for customising and implementing of MAKETRACK ERP & MRP system within Burnside Eurocyl's Manufacturing Facility in collaboration with Entellexi Ltd. Current lean projects are based on reliable data being received from this system.Also developed and maintained ISO 14001 (Environmental) accreditation from standing start all the way through to certification for Burnside Eurocyl's manufacturing plant.
