  This is a position that began with temp work and became a full time permanent position that requires answering the phone and deciphering the needs of customers that call into the dealership. It can range from scheduling service, handling recalls, connecting with the parts, sales and finance department and displaying our knowledge of motor vehicles. As well as making sure that the dealership requirements are met by following a script and hitting all of our monthly requirements.
