      As the solitary Priority Services Manager at first the Dehradun & then Mumbai (Juhu) branch, my KRA was to improve and maintain a high level of personal banking customer-satisfaction amongst the Priority customer segment (individuals with a relationship value over Twenty Lac INR) & later, it included meeting requirements of a larger customer base connected to the bank across a wider product portfolio.
