Show less For every new project or initiative at P&G, a Start-Up team is required to bridge the gap between operational needs and project requirements, overseeing testing and acting as a facilitator for both sides to ensure that project delivery aligns with the defined scope and operational standards.▪ As a Start-Up Manager, I was responsible for understanding the project's operational needs within P&G’s standards, analyzing KPIs to meet technical, quality, and daily operational requirements. I designed and managed field tests to ensure all requirements were met, creating a schedule to prevent any impact on project delivery or operations.▪ I was responsible for the Utilities systems in the new Hair Care operations plant in Brazil, coordinating process safety studies with the HS&E team, reviewing and providing operational inputs for project execution, success criteria, construction plans, technical documentation (drawings, layouts), and more.▪ I implemented GSUM+ (Global Start-Up Management) tools according to P&G’s methodology to ensure project progression through its phases. I was a key facilitator for technical reviews and deliverables, including scope, cost and schedule management, resource management, and coordination of teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.▪ I led daily meetings with stakeholders to dive into project status, planning, tracking, and execution, ensuring that projects were completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Today, the plant employs over 500 people due to the successful completion of the project and has set production records, making it one of P&G’s top Hair Care plants worldwide.
