I was a key facilitator for technical reviews and deliverables, including scope, cost and schedule management, resource management, and coordination of teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.▪ I led daily meetings with stakeholders to dive into project status, planning, tracking, and execution, ensuring that projects were completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Today, the plant employs over 500 people due to the successful completion of the project and has set production records, making it one of P&G’s top Hair Care plants worldwide.
