      Serving as administrator and academic coach, I developed and provided professional development classes weekly to the entire faculty. Constantly in all content classrooms observing, modeling, co-teaching and providing feedback in addition to developing action plans for future improvement. Pedagogy is my passion and building teacher toolboxes is key to engaging students and furthering authentic learning. Additionally, my responsibilities included department management, inventories and orders, leadership team, information sharing, data collection and analysis, observation and support inside of the classroom, support for professional development opportunities.As the Saturday School Administrator, I managed the needs of the program and facilitate successful teaching and learning on Saturdays. This includes tracking student data and building a team of teachers able to effectively support students on a sixth day of school with meaningful teaching and learning. As the New Teacher Induction Coordinator, I work with new teachers and their specific needs in order to grow and develop as flourishing educators. Show less As the coordinator of Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) I was able to lead a great team through specific trainings and guidelines in order to meet the program requirements. AVID is a profound program that was needed in our urban high school.With a dedicated team, the school was certified an AVID School within one year. It was a priviledge to lead a dedicated team to educational greatness for students.
