I sat through court trials over the course of the week, spoke with Harriet’s clients in duty briefings, read through case files and sat through a podcast on the importance of free and independent legal advice in police stations. Additionally, I read through a prisoner’s psychiatric report, case file and sat through his virtual meeting where we discussed dismissing his appeal and his next trial.
