  At Bayes, Inc., my main duties was to prepare 3D plumbing designs based on construction layout drawings and coordinate with other trades to eliminate onsite conflicts in the build. Other design work included duct layout drawings with the same intent. These projects required visits jobsites to obtain accurate measurements. In addition to design, I managed the shop which included obtaining competitive quotes and fulfilling orders for material, supplies and tools.   In my current role, I am leading our sales team and driving growth through various marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, I lead a team of Designers, Builders and Engineers to deliver quality products in an efficient manner. I also work closely with the Sales team to provide them support as well as engage in the development of Marketing efforts to promote our brand and products. In this position, I was responsible for the management of multiple departments such as Machine Shop, CAD, Engineering and Equipment Build. During this time I developed a great team that was able to continue to push forward the processes and products of Designetics. Starting at Designetics, my main responsibilities were creating and maintaining part assembly documents, maintaining the product catalog, and maintaining the company website. I was also given the opportunity to develop CAD/CAM programming methods using Mastercam for the machine shop to improve productivity.
