  • Responsible of receiving satellite feeds across the globe as per the bookings. Decoding satellite parameters and securing clear reception from the source to the receiver.• Monitor multiple satellite feeds to ensure TV broadcast is distributed accordingly. • Coordinate with different Master Control Room outside the country for inquiries about the feed and upon experiencing technical difficulties such as loss of signal, encryption error and video/audio issues. • Operational system engineer that conducts first hand troubleshooting on both hardware and software. Also provides feedback upon request to ensure quality control based on the standards of all broadcasting operation. • Identifying the problem whenever it occurs and immediately contact the section involve to fix the issue at hand.
