  Multiple roles for a large support engagement for a large agri business customer. Customer had implemented multiple instances of SAP including niche technologies such as S4 HANA, BW4HANA, Hybris, CRM, ARIBA across the globe (US, EMEA, APAC, Africa regions). This is my 2nd large scale customer where I managed the engagement journey right from RFI , RFP, Proposal Presentations, Final BAFO, Project initiation and finalizing scoping, team onboarding, induction, training, transition planning.. Setting up SIAM processes.. to stabilizing to run phase. First Phase of reporting solution involved design and development of a Enterprise Data Warehouse to consolidate data from multiple source systems across all the processes in British Gas Business. Second Phase of the solution involved design and development of the Reporting Layer based on the report requirements.Business Analyst: o Interacting with business users and SAP Functional Consultants to understand the reporting and analytical requirements.o Understand the processes defined in SAP and underlying data element / Tables structure in source systems. Source Systems involved SAP and legacy systems. o Understand the legacy system processes/ reports and optimization / fine tuning of reports based on the new SAP solution being implemented. o Conducting validation workshops with business users for requirement analysis, solution sign off. • Data Modelling o Designing the data model for Data Warehouse in ERWin / System Architect Tool for the reporting requirements.
