      The Field Support Group supports the Strategic Systems Engineers to resolve customer escalations and issues that require special expertise and a level of project management.Providing secondary managerial support on a day to day basis, and primary managerial support when the team manager is away.Primary responsibility for high end installations and integration projects throughout Scotland and North East England. Customers included RBS, BT, Scottish Water, Aggreko, DWP, NHS Scotland.One of 2 engineers responsible for providing on-site customer support for Clustering issues and providing both on-site and telephone support for colleagues on a UK wide basis.Carrying out Professional Services consultancy work at customer sites.
