  ◦ Designed and developed an efficient deep learning-based semantic segmentation algorithm. ◦ This algorithm has 10 times faster speed, 5 times less memory consumption, and 224 times fewer parameters with similar accuracy as compared to the state of the art segmentation algorithms.◦ Resulted in a conference paper which was presented at Indian conference on computer vision, graphics and image processing (ICVGIP 2018).

  ◦ Designed and developed an easy to plug library to fingerprint Android devices and record user swipes. This data is then sent to the proxy server to decide if it’s a human or a bot. By blocking the bots the server is protected from Denial of Service attacks and it also reduces the server’s operational cost. ◦ Developed a web technology scanner to detect the technology used to build websites. This information is used to enable Web Application Firewall (WAF) security protections so that the attack vectors pertaining to only those technologies can be blocked. This reduces server latency as well as reduces manual effort in setting up the WAF. Show less
