    Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible & Accountable for the Productivity, Quality & Cycle time targets of the process. Identifying & implementing Process Improvement initiatives and continual improvement projects. Client co-ordination on overall process progress and monitoring of issues. Escalation of issues/concerns with the support groups i.e., HR, Admin, TSG and Finance Identify key people and build good leaders and motivate team members. Conducting interview as per the required process skill sets. Conducting process reviews, submitting progress reports of the project to the Senior management. Conducting Performance review/appraisals. Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals. Demonstrate complete understanding of Client's requirements, Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Developing in-depth knowledge base among the team members relating to domain and process. Striving for Employee satisfaction & Client satisfaction.
