  I work as Maintenance manager for an ERP system (MS Dynamics AX) at Scania. My main responcibility is to ensure that all activities within maintenance, operations and support are carried out with quality according to requirements and expectations. - Manage the team activities within maintenance, operations and support. - Make sure that we have well working processes to support our daily operations. - Work together with our teams and the product owners to identify, prioritise and plan activities within the different areas finance and trade & logistics.- Secure that the teams, internal and external, follow the internal processes within Scania.- Do release planning, plan and communicate system changes and secure high quality in deployments to avoid disturbances and loss for the customers. - Financial and budget work regarding maintenance, operations and support. Show less I was the project leader for an upgrade project in Zwolle and Meppel in The Netherlands. An older system was to be upgraded to a newer version and the hardware for the application server and databases was replaced and moved to Södertälje. Tests were made in several stages and I also handled the reporting of errors, held project meetings and coordinated with business and supplier. In May we were finally there and had an upgraded system in 5 (!) steps to a new and fresh environment. Show less
