As well as the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Software Development and the Level 3 Professional Competencies for IT and Telecoms Professionals. I also deliver practical and exciting training on a wide range of technologies including C, Java, C#, PHP(Laravel Framework), Javascript + AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Angular and many more. As a trainer, my sessions were graded as outstanding. As part of my role, I also manage and support commercial projects carried out by apprentices.   One of my key focuses whilst working at UK fast was to develop cohorts of apprentices within the main business areas of Software Development and Engineering. I developed and delivered bespoke curriculums for apprentices and internal staff CPD. Working within the companies Education & Training department, I reported to the director of Education And Training. Some of my main responsibilities where: • Recruitment of talent for key functional areas of the business• Line managing a number of apprentices within a number of different business functions.• Working with a range of external organisations including The Tech Partnership, OCR, City & Guilds and Total People• Ensuring that robust planning documentation is in place for Apprenticeship Frameworks and new standards• Administering and operating a Pearson Vue testing centre in order to facilitate internal staff in gaining professional certifications• Working with vendor organisations to provide CPD opportunities to all staff• Instigating a quality improvement process and cycle• Providing opportunities for staff CPD• Managing a teaching caseload and providing outstanding learning opportunities• Tracking learner progress, achievement and attainment• Maintaining a current awareness of developments in apprenticeship legislation• Delivering outstanding training sessions• Liaising with examining and assessment organisations to ensure the fulfilment of assessment of current frameworks and new Apprenticeship Standards• Develop relationships with local schools and colleges• Providing learning opportunities for work experience placements• Constantly developing my own personal Continuous Professional Development in technical subjects whilst project managing apprentice projects. • Effectively communicating at all levels of the business Show less
