      After I finished with DLT doing the jacking I was taking on directly for Clough the main contractor for the remainder of the build of this 9000t WHP as the site manager and the nominated person for all lifting operations and training all lifting policy documents, lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments. Implementing safe lifting and rigging practices and complying to LOLER/ BS7121 with local nationals and 3rd party contractors.This WHP had to be ready to skid onto the Blue marlin on a certain date if not the ship (which is the only one in the world with this capability) would not be able to come back for over a year. We completed the build 3 weeks before the ship arrived and successfully skidded the WHP onto the ship which took 30 hours on tidal waters. Show less

Ensuring that the technical integrity of all lifting equipment used on the site/installation is continually assured thorough the performance of regular lifting equipment inspections are carried out in accordance with the requirements of LOLER and where applicable, the Assets Written Scheme of Examination (WSE).Liaising with SOC/ CNPC / BP and local project managers and producing accurate progress reports. Coordinating equipment resources and supervising labour, including a team of foreman on day and night shifts, in accordance with project plans.Delivering tool box talks and conducting team meetings.Administering permit-to-work systems, liaising with the appropriate performing authority monitoring completion of job cards.       Installing 2 x 500t structural steel jump factories that is two factory environments which will build two 36 storey apartment complexes. This will build a floor a week and then jack the factory up each week using 4 x DLT climbing jack systems in each tower to let the concrete work procedure in the factory environment which will be unhindered by any weather. Both factories consist of two overhead electric gantry crane 1 x 30t and 1 15t in each build. This is the first time in the world this type of build has ever been done.
